Getting started is quick and simple. Here is everything you need to know before your child's first session.

HOW TO GET STARTED WITH THE CRECHE

We will send you a link to register on the Famly app.

You'll complete your child's details including date of birth, any medical conditions, dietary requirements and emergency contacts.

Attend a free stay and play session.

Before your first booking, we invite you and your child to join us for a free 30-minute stay and play session.

It's a relaxed way to meet the team, see the space and help your child settle in at their own pace.

This is optional but we do recommend it.

Book your first session.

Once registered, you can simply open the Famly app, check availability and book the session you need.

We will confirm your booking via the app.

Every subsequent booking is just as straightforward. Check availability on the app and book when you need us.

It really is that simple.

If a slot isn't available at the time you need it, we will add you to our waiting list and notify you as soon as one becomes free.
