Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Early starts from 7:30am and extended collections until 6:30pm are available by request at the hourly rate. We are closed on Bank and Public Holidays and for one week between Christmas and New Year.

All sessions are fully inclusive. Fees cover all meals and snacks, formula milk for infants, nappies, wipes, sun cream, all resources and activities and access to the Famly app. There are no hidden extras. No. There is no minimum attendance requirement and no long-term commitment. You book the sessions you need, when you need them.

No registration fees, no deposits and no hidden charges. Getting started is completely free.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen and ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can help where we can.

We welcome children from 6 months old up to school age, when they are ready to start primary or prep school.

Before your child's first booking, we invite you both to a free optional 30-minute stay and play session. It's a relaxed, no-pressure way for your child to meet the team, explore the space and feel comfortable before their first proper session.

As a brand-new setting, we have not yet had our formal Ofsted inspection. However, Ofsted have already visited and signed off our nursery, which means we are fully authorised to open and operate. Formal inspections of new settings typically take place within 18 to 30 months of registration. In the meantime, we are working closely with a specialist Ofsted consultancy to ensure we are prepared and meeting the highest standards throughout.

We share daily updates via the Famly app, so you can see the activities your child has enjoyed and how they have been getting on throughout the day. You will also always receive a full handover from the team at collection.

Simply open the Famly app, check availability and make your booking. We will confirm your session via the app. It's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes. If the session you need is fully booked, we will add you to our waiting list and contact you as soon as a space becomes available.

If you know you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. During opening hours, we can extend your booking at the hourly rate. Our late collection policy applies to families who have not given prior notification.

Yes, we would love to show you around. To keep disruption to the children to a minimum, we run dedicated tour slots rather than drop-in visits. Get in touch (/contact)to find out about upcoming availability.

Yes. If your child is eligible, you can apply from the term following their ninth month, provided you book a regular weekly slot. We accept all major childcare vouchers and are registered with Tax-Free Childcare.
